Angela Lee

Hi, I'm Angela Lee (she/her)! This summer, I’ll be working with the Social Media Lab and our community partner, My Digital Tat2, to address the problem of teaching young people how to develop healthy relationships with technology. My project aims to foster digital resilience in youth:  helping children and teenagers develop the agency and skills they need to feel empowered to (1) harness the benefits of new technologies like social connection and incidental learning, while (2) being informed and resilient to dangers like misinformation and over-use. This relates to my ongoing research on leveraging interventions to optimize the effects of social technology use on development and psychological well-being.
