Teacher turnover in vulnerable schools: Teachers are the single greatest factor affecting student success after family education and income. This project will work with three large Bay Area school districts to collaboratively tackle the persistent problems of high teacher turnover and less effective teaching that plagues schools that serve historically marginalized students.
